RockLogic GmbH is certified according to ISO/IEC 27001, the international standard for information security management systems. This certification demonstrates our commitment to protecting sensitive data and managing security risks systematically.

We are fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG). Personal data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with applicable data protection law.

We closely follow the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR) and its implications for blockchain-related services. While we do not hold a MiCAR license, our teams are informed and aligned with the regulatory framework to support compliant client solutions.

We actively monitor developments under the NIS2 Directive on network and information security. Although formal NIS2 certification is not yet applicable to our current scope, we continuously align our security practices with its requirements.
